Ineligible Refunds: No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of booking.

3. How to Request a Refund

1.Submit a Written Request: Email your refund request to offbeatpsychology@gmail.com Include your name, contact information, booking date, and reason for the refund request.
2.Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 5 business days.
3.Approval and Issuance: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of booking.
Services that have already commenced or been completed.
Digital products or downloadable content that have been accessed or downloaded.

5. Cancellations by Offbeat Psychology

In the unlikely event that Offbeat Psychology cancels a service, you will be notified promptly and offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling of the service.
